I’d recommend browsing posts to find a handful and setting up consultations with them and choosing whoever you click with. 

We were going to ride them out until they stopped working but I found a local guy that gets brand new appliances really cheap (don't know how he does it, but I don't ask questions) I also browse through the ding and dent sections at local appliance stores.

I browsed through other options that fellow BiggerPockets members used but I really haven’t found anything that I thought would generate a list for me.
