Any tips or strategies that could be shared?

I’m looking for advice on how I can effectively start laying the groundwork while still being remote.Specifically, I’d love insights on:Building relationships and networking in the Raleigh market from a distanceMarketing myself and generating leads remotelyAny tech or tools that might help me stay connected to the local marketAny tips for handling deals or managing communication with clients remotelyI’m eager to hit the ground running when I move, and any advice from those who’ve been in similar situations would be greatly appreciated!

I’m active duty Air Force with four properties.

Furthermore if agents were paid on a fixed hourly scale then the thing driving that rate would be the quality of the product they produced.

Any other tips?

We took photos, made videos, and were told that they generally do not pay for electronics like TV's, electronic ice makers, and Air Conditioners since it is hard to prove who did the damage or when it was done.

If so, a quick tip that has worked for me in the past is to just attend some real estate meetups in your area (or host one yourself).
