For example, my fourplex on fourplex street has housed an er nurse (I think because no one would house her horse-sized dog or have Harley storage); several people working at nearby mines ( shift workers who really want a cheap place to put stuff and crash for two weeks in town); lots of nonprofit workers, two with graduate degrees ( and again big dogs)..

There is one sold for $209k that was about the same size and it sold for cash so maybe she's not that far off.I think you are beating a dead horse trying to get her to buy in a different city in a lower-income area.

Each state is different, but I'm pretty sure when you miss the required time to disclose the application of the deposit to damages, rent, whatever.....the deposit horse has left the barn, and is now Totally unrelated to, nor available for, offsetting rent, or damages.

Maybe Eric Michaels would "cry like a little girl to the govt for help," but I would rather clean out Rest Stop bathrooms, drain out houses and shovel horse manure before I would ask the government for help.
