Needless to say I'm delighted it didn't go nearly that far.Columbus is a 3 hr flight from Denver, and fortunately Southwest runs two nonstops a day.

I am the son of a contractor that was raised in Chicago and completed several flips before heading down to Southwest Florida.

I was in the Army for 7.5yrs, then worked at the Department of Homeland Security, and Marine Corps Base Quantico before coming back to Middleburg, FL (just southwest of Jacksonville). 

I will look into these areas in South west Ontario.

As far as rentals go, I really like north west and southwest Des Moines proper for my investors.

Either way these markets are not representative of the rest of Canada although things have heated up here in Southwest Ontario.

Hey @William Hinsche, if it were me, based on your criteria I'd start looking at these areas that are darker blue, which seems to skew North, East, and SouthWest of downtown.Good luck!

However, they only handle a very specific part of Las Vegas (Southwest).
