Expenses are essentially overstated, even though the P&L is correct (when I download transactions from the bank, it allows me to tell which account on the COA I want the credit to post to, but the Expenses screen doesn't update).Journal entries also don't show up on this screen.

We updated key areas like the kitchen and bathrooms, improved the property's curb appeal, and addressed any necessary repairs to ensure the home was move-in ready.

That is where most of my investments are and my smaller experience based cabins crush it compared to my regular SFH that I rent.

Al 2 bed 2 bath units with updated open kitchens and modern baths, some with deep tubs!

Updated cosmetically, added in unit laundry and new appliances.
