A mentor could tell you of a painter that will give a great price, or a handyman to go fix the hole in a screen window.

That means, usually, N95 paper resirator dust masks (you get them cheap in bulk on Amazon) and a standard half-face painter's respirator with removable cartridges.

We are looking for properties to buy and rent out - I don't think we can do a major reno, but my husband is a painter and handyman so we can do some fixing up.Looking forward to learning from you all, and teaching what I can as well.
