your numbers are flawed..... all most assuredly the tax's you quote are for owner occ.. many states have HUGE exemptions for owner occ... non owner occ tax's are quite a bit higherand some areas have dual taxation like city of Memphis.. you pay city and State property tax.And Texas as we all know the tax's are through the roof as well.

Their brokerage may not allow dual agency, that would be the first question.
