What is their information delivery system to LPs and how often?

If you want me to do your shopping, delivery, purchasing, etc., dont you think that comes at a cost?

moderate quality furniture for low price, free delivery, free assemble and movers will place furniture where you need it placed in the house.   

Send the tenants a letter - not email/not text - by certified mail and/or by 'proof of delivery required (available from USPS or overnight mail carriers). 

I use American Woodmark cabinetry which I purchase from either Home Depot or Lowes, Lowes sell them by another name though, they are special order and take approximately four to six weeks for delivery.  

Send it by overnight delivery with proof of delivery confirmation.

I have had an appliance delivery and installation business for the last 11 years.

I would look for a furniture warehouse that has a website so you can pick out what you want and schedule a delivery on your arrival day.
