I am an Ohio licensed broker so I'm honestly asking...any company or manager here in Toledo which sports the NARPM I guess can just pay the money and use the acronym but as a guy with a locally active REIA (I'm vice president headed into my third year), state REIA (I was secretary), my local realtor's association, and presence on several public advisory boards I fail to understand why anyone cares about the N-A-R-P-M acronym so greatly.To me actual presence in the market and participation in the community should be the real value in a management company vs acronyms...I have my MBA, does that mean I am to be trusted in business?

Hi - What kind of experiences have people had finding PM's, GC's and handymen in Little Rock Arkansas?

I just got a rental property under contract in springdale, AR and was curious how you would finance this deal.

However, we actually started the process in 2015.We were moving into our third market, Houston, during that year and looking to expand into Oklahoma and Arkansas.  

I also live in CA, El Salvador, and soon AR.

During the Whitewater issue (I was a bank examiner in Arkansas for examinations) the issue was the equitable interest transferred in property held as collateral by banks and investors.

I have no experience with flipping, but I am in the process of purchasing a rental property in Little Rock, AR.
