I have properties in Texas and the codes vary wildly from those up north.

We can only make educated wags (wild-*** guesses) based on past performance, but there are always anomalies to surprise us.

Everyone runs a different profit formula to determine if/how much they can pay for a property.  30 or 40 people may look at the same duplex in Uptown and have wildly different results based on what their parameters are. 

Could the economy rebound quickly and go on another wild ride?
