Since I found BP about 7 months ago, I have become a fervent listener of its podcasts, addict to read the forum, and also I have assisted to several local REI meetings, to be precise, the Diversified Real Estate Group (DIG), but NOT ACTION!.

It is not impossible, but you have to work at it like a crack addict.

Reservations are notorious for high unemployment rate and addiction problems.

You should still be able to access the show on a Podcast App like Podcast Addict.

This is unbelievable.

There is one issue that's a BIG RED FLAG, however, which I unbelievably forgot to mention in my original post. 

At the route of most of WHAT BP and investors is about is learning the court houses  be it recorders office / planning departments/  surveyors office in the northwest with the unbelievable Arial photogs they have.. 

Toughest experience ever but best lesson ever.I've been on Bigger Pockets for awhile and have been unbelievably afraid to jump in again.

@Sean Youngberg  It's almost unbelievable that they would tell you that you can't get a conventional loan because it's an investment property.
