It also sort of depends on the kind of place your husband works in (ie dive bar with a high staff turnover in a sketchy part of town, vs suburban sports bar that has had the same staff for 15 years).

We only have one Radio Shack in our portfolio and we have not been told if the store will stay open.Wish the only thing I was busy worrying about was this Radio Shack as we are much more focused on filling up all of our big boxes that we are getting back from the likes of JCP's, Gordman's MC Sports ... or some of our smaller but high paying tenants such as Vanity.

The units are right across the street from a small university and within walking distance to Capitol Hill ( very trendy) International District (like China Town), sports stadiums (go Seahawks), etc.

Ive got a set of students on a sports team I've rented to for the past 2 going on 3 years (the girls have changed) but I get consistent leads from them and I've had good luck renting to them.  

Since I moved to LA, I realized that a lot of people outside of the South don't understand how serious we are about our sports.
