I predict that ur property is worth ****** becouse I need 50% of the income for repairs and expenses" I mean, to me, it sound more fair to come up with a price that is calculated right now, not with a 50% marginal, I don't see how I can get a true price on the building that way... u get what I mean ?

The nice thing about it is that it takes the big, irregular costs i.e. roof, and transforms them into a much more predictable monthly fee.Also condos tend to rent for a higher % of the sales price than do houses and are more affordable.
