Well the company would only hand out 3 to 5 leads a week and you better get your sales on those and of course the top producers got the hot leads. ( think the movie Glenn Garry Glen Ross a must see for most aspiring RE folks) any way my dad save a few dollars and bought a printing press ... said printing press was in our one car garage of our apartment.. guess who ran said printing press after school at 8 years old.Then guess how those direct mail pieces got to the houses..

@Shawn Underwood  I have a lap top yes I use it when I travel in hotel rooms and to watch movies on the airplane when the carrier does not have built in TV's for the movies.. its free now took me a year to figure out how to get it on my lap top LOL.. but no I would never use the phone to look at BP screen is too small I don't even like to text or will respond to text messages ..

The name doesn't show at bottom.December is usually very busy and hectic due to the holiday -- travel, visiting, outdoor retail buying activities, movies and other distractions etc..

Or stockbrokers from the movies "Boiler Room", "Wall Street" or "Wolf of Wall Street" .If there is no enforcement, it is ok.IMO, Enforcement is coming....Might take a while...but I predict it will come sooner or later. 

I watched the movie "The Big Short" and contemplate if another crisis is coming this way.

Account Closed  who has stated 350 of them.. so I would tend to listen to the guys that are doing it real time today... and when I say Mark has done 1000 of them that is acting as his capacity as a broker. and I know for a fact he would not and has not participated in self dealing he would lose his HUD contract and be in other hot water.. watch the movie 99 homes to see what happens when you screw with HUD.
