Chicago is rising a little bit as far as the tech scene is concerned.

Have helped a few folks find house hacks, but mainly looking at homes with ADUs/MIL suites as like you mentioned, the multifamily scene is pretty slim here, and they tend to be in areas that I wouldn't necessarily advise living in.

I’m a rookie to the real estate scene, I was wondering if any one knows of investor friendly title companies in the Jacksonville, Florida area.

This of course, assumes you’re not already networking and tuned into the local scene- if you are, I would still recommend following the above advice, but use professional and personal recommendations to add names to your list.

I’d been in the real estate scene for a handful of years doing various things but it wasn’t until I partnered up with someone and got more intentional about actually investing did things really start to pick up.
