I think Sub2 was born out the the necessity to sell highly leveraged property.

No party dealing with the Trustee in relation to the Trust Property in any manner whatsoever, and, without limiting the foregoing, no party to whom the property or any part of it or any interest in it shall be conveyed, contracted to be sold, leased or mortgaged by the Trustee, shall be obliged to see to the application of any purchase money, rent or money borrowed or otherwise advanced on the property; to see that the terms of this Trust Agreement have been complied with; to inquire into the authority, necessity or expediency of any act of the Trustee; or be privileged to inquire into any of the terms of this Trust Agreement.

Wholesalers are a necessity just as Agents are, it shouldn't be a matter of which is better. get over yourselves and let her be great in whatever way she chooses to.

Account Closed  I don't doubt you have some heavy hitter marketers I think the general BP population would probably get some value out of understanding exactly what it takes to really move up the food chain and be making millions a year in this business. and spending big bucks on marketing is one necessity generally.

Finally, is the necessity for and Owner's Policy (if any) proportional to the equity the owner has in the property, i.e., stands more to lose?

I am located in New England, so if there are any glaring things to be made aware of prior to purchasing a southern home, or a home located near the gulf, or local airbnb regulations, general landlord friendliness, ease of hiring a management company/cleaners, necessity of flood insurance, etc, please feel free to let me know.

However the lead inspection is still a necessity to rent out the house. 

Obviously this number changes based on each person's life circumstances, whether they have other commitments to attend to, Etc.For most people property management is a luxury, not a necessity.

This was not the plan, but the necessity.
