A LICENSED Realtor/Broker IS a LICENSED Real Estate Wholesaler!

I actually got my real estate license partially for something to do and I enjoy the work (maybe because I have other sources of income from my rentals and dividend stocks that more than cover my living expenses, so I’m not desperate for every commission like some agents are.

This could mean another investor, an attorney (I suppose, if you must), a mentor, or an agent (one with experience though, not just any agent, it’s easy to get a license and just because someone is licensed doesn’t mean they’ve done any more deals than anyone else).
