The expenses could be lessened but I think you'll be hard pressed to find this ideal $40k house.  

Hi Carl, I would suggest that despite all the bad press that Wells Fargo has had lately that you consider working with them.

Great to hear Stanley, keep pressing forward.

However, one pressing issue is a 'leaky' faucet.

My company is looking to do press about our funds abroad but aren't sure where to start in regards of where to find notable press, trade publications in the specific locations, etc. -- focus on Mexico, UAE and India.

There will be long periods where you see no results and you feel it is getting you nowhere... those are the times you need to keep on pressing!

And because they didn't document this anywhere in the statements I was receiving, I only figured it out by pressing them to find out why the account wasn't reconciling.Total shadiness. 

Posting could have negative impacts on your other ventures from something, such as negative press coverage, so now the risk calculus says that the probability weighted impacts from the bad outcome far outstrip the positives of getting the unit a month sooner; now it is in your best interest to NOT evict as soon as you can.
