The process is certainly legal, but the articles have been implying that there may have been some title fraud going on to expedite the process (even in cases where the property was legally acquired). 

@Kiran Dhillon, You have to take title to at least as much real estate as you sell. 

Just remember to do your due diligence and also do a title search for those that you are looking to buy.

I know there are fees you paid like title, inspections and what not so minus those fees which were around $1,000.00.
