Do these companies typically handle tasks such as cleaning and furnishing, or would I need to arrange for those separately?

Free sticks, free siding, free shingles, free drywall, free underlayment, free flooring, free appliances...Last but not least it would all be originally bought with my business credit cards so I would get the miles/points for expenses later reimbursed by my investors.Not that many saints working hard to make real estate investors financially free.

Says this pad split will get you $7k per month but isn't including mortgage, vacancies, minor cleanings etc.
