I will always find deals I can't afford; it's actually executing on the deals that you afford can that makes the difference in your success.

Just the method of execution, but as others have pointed out, you might be able to make it work the way you want if you can quickly get the loan out of the borrower's name and into your name.

That is, what are the numbers, how do they work, where does the profit come from, how is the money protected prior to executing the exit strategy, etc.Being "calculated" people (is that another way of saying, "adroit at protecting your comfort zone"?)
