What would you estimate the additional labor hours to be annually for reading, processing, etc?  

I really did all this by myself as I had no one to guide me in this process, but I'll still break off some money for my family!

I had thought the process would be an engineering firm.

I have never had a situation like this before.I have had issues with wildfire smoke, but nothing that actually threatens the house that would have guests need to leave early.Can you just process the refund yourself?

While creating an LLC is a fairly simple process that anyone can do the more difficult part is the OA.
