The home also has 3 small studio apartments where the 'help' pay to live-in.They bus the 'clients' to a daily workshop so her days are free & they only need to prepare breakfasts & dinners & the low paid 'help' take care of the bathing cleaning etc.A great system if you can handle that type of scenario.

I do not know your family dynamic, but I would hate to see the Thanksgiving Dinner after getting a lawyer involved.Who knows, maybe he wants to buy the house, or just wants to be consulted.Just my opinion.

But that was the best thing that happened to me personally because it forced me into heavy research and to see Real Estate for what it was becoming and was PROBABLY going to be (IE: doing the prep work in the kitchen before cooking a meal) as opposed to what it was (IE: a delicious dinner already cooked and ready to eat).Being forced out of our preferred market is what put us on our current multi unit adventure.

When he did send it over it wasn't even an E-Sign or DocuSign......I was out having dinner with friends and literally had to go to a Kinkos, print out a bunch of pages.....sign them......and then re-scan them back to him.
