Even in the higher end officers housing like post commanders didn't even have ss I would just save the money.

Has anyone successfully enforced a lease by contacting the tenant's commander?

This area appreciates well and 3/2 rentals can usually command anywhere from $2200-$2800/mo.  

Generally, it would be put on the MLS (open market) for whatever the comps for such a property would / could command.

Other areas around Houston such asKaty,Cypress, and Spring tend to command quality tenants and they have great schools as well.Ipersonally have rentals, in Houston, Spring and Conroe.Good luck and go make it happen!

The MBA just doesn't command the weight it once did to instantly get that pay bump. 

That is a strong rental range, top of the market for average rents in Memphis, so it would have to be in an area that is commanding that rate.  

Does it market lower gas prices to entice customers to shop at the convenience store or does it command a higher profit margin on the gas?

Here in Phoenix many, many homes have pools and yes, these homes command a rental premium on the order of $150-200/mo.
