100% better, get ready the stuff is strong, takes like 48hrs for the smell of the paint to go away but once the smell goes away its gone.We use it a ton for smoke damage and thats harder to get rid of then cat piss.

I would say we had close to 100 candidates respond to the ads, ~15 show up to the open houses (but maybe another 5-10 that stated they still wanted to see it but had not made it to either open house), 2 submitted applications but only one not withdrawn, resulting in one hopefully great, long-term tenant (non-smoking, meet our income requirements, 7 years in their current unit, right reason listed for wanting to move (they want a yard for their 2 children and our rent is virtually the same as they are currently paying but now they will have to pay water (been Just over $100/month)), good employment history, no criminal history in their background check - they seem like a very good tenant but time will decide).Good luck

They just have the basic info, name, address smoking or non smoking, what utilities are included, check check check, etc.

If you're not going to have a contractor or building official involved then I would leave it to the property manager to point out obvious code deficiencies especially concerning safety issues like fire / smoke / CO detectors or railing height issues.
