For example, what type of granites or cabinets, doors etc so he can bid based on that?

In my first remodel-hold, I put brown marbled tile in the kitchen floor, dark walnut stained oak cabinets, and brown concrete countertops.

Rough finish - drywall, cabinets, bath tile, plumbing fixtures, counters.

They are original cabinets, we buffed them with some beeswax and they turned out great.We are working on our next flip which as it turns out is directly behind the house we just flipped.

That was not visible from behind the cabinet. 

As of 2003 new roof, siding, windows, furnaces, radon barrier, carpet, cabinets, etc.
