You NEED separate utilities, especially if you are going to build a fresh new building, whatever it may be, make sure each unit is responsibly for their own utility usage.

Hello Everyone- I am brand new and looking to buy my first investment property.

It is what keeps this fresh to me.  

Basically it's like buying a brand new car at 40% off , except is saves you about the same amount of money that a car would costs you in gas.

I could add a brand new 864 sq' unit in the backyard.

These properties are in the 250-300k range.Some ideas I have considered are sending branded brochures, knocking on doors (I have already been doing this quite a bit), or skip tracing to call the owners. 

Hello everyone, I'm brand new to REI and looking to buy my first property in Indianapolis.

My properties are in a lower income area and people have to have a place to live. 2 times the rent is often fine assuming they don't have a brand new car with a relative giant payment. 

I wanted to drop a line as I am brand new to REI and trying to learn as much as possible.

I am brand new investor just getting my feet wet.
