I do have some new questions on the new deal:1- The new project is a multi-family deal, 300+ units, $40MM+ in the southwest.

Location is very important to me right now so I am looking on south west area, and north east of Miami.

also I caution folks on helocs.. just simply because they can be called or frozen.. so want to know exactly what you doing with those.Its pretty in Vegas today 87  blue skys winds out of the southwest to 20 knots. :)

Im focusing on south central/south west Michigan as my family still lives in this area.

I found one house on Boscobel Street and one on 14th Street that looked to be a similar age as the milk district homes.As far as transitioning neighborhoods, the best local knowledge I can give you is of a little pocket on the South West side of Franklin.

The Southwest Florida REIA is a great local networking group in Fort Myers and a great knowledge/network base when you do come down to check out. 

I want to purchase a single family or small multi-family in the Northern Indiana or Southwest Michigan region - because that is where I am originally from.

Nicole Heasley if you look in the southwest part of the Detroit shoreway neighborhood you can find great deals.

Currently I am looking in northeast, southeast and southwest DC, along with areas nearby in PG County. 

I've come across newer companies but dont want to go with someone without a longstanding credibility here in southwest Florida.
