Is what the medical tenant does a necessity based business or not?

This was not the plan, but the necessity.

Is a bathtub a necessity, or is just a shower adequate?  

I had a good handy man.. so that save PM fees.. in C and lower B PM for out of state is pretty much a necessity if your going to stay on top of your rentals at least if your rentals are not in area you live in.

I also realize that after I grow, a PM will be a necessity if I ever want to “step back” from growing and start coasting in the future.

When their paycheck stops for a week/month, it impacts necessities like food, shelter, warmth, etc.My point is that with all the people suffering, those suffering mainly from reduced occupancy/rent from their investment property does not make my pity list.  

But it’s easy to find a lot of people with fancy cell phones, all sorts of “necessities” like newer cars, expensive cable plans, eating out/partaking in services, etc.I think the US “normal” spending habits help the economic numbers look good, but also think if every American, myself included, kept a little more in savings, the economy would still be pretty good.

I had been out of the game for many years after moving to Japan and selling off everything in the US (a regrettable necessity at the time) and downloaded his book to start getting back into REI.

Since we are on the subject of CPA pros and cons..I have heard of several CPAs going partial if not all online for their clients to avoid the in person necessity.
