My family members aren't drug dealers or anything like that but we are looking in the area of about $80K in private money and I know there are limits on deposits and transactions with banks that sometimes require an explanation.

Lastly, I'm sure the note folks will be here, buying notes can be very profitable, but as with anything else, it requires knowledge to enter into higher yielding investments, it is not a simple matter, it requires you to learn finance and brokers or dealers are not a good place for a real education, see a finance attorney, not just a real estate attorney.Can't suggest much more without details, but there are the high spots.
