My advice to you, constructive advice not attacking you, would be to study the market and fundamentals of MF more.

So, plan your attack from a position of strength. 

Know what you need and attack it, i'm on my 6th flip and still make tons of mistakes.

They can attack pretty viciously the person who bought sub too and is not in a position to cure the note.
