That toilet Flange ( the item that makes the toilet tie down to the floor is about an inch high. 

If this used cabinet set came with corners I'd probably pull the trigger and just sand/repaint them, however I just matched up the measurements of the current cabinets and they are... odd:Above the fridge: 33" (+3 inches for the frame, so 36) x 15", to the left of that - a 48" (and not 2 24s nailed together, this thing is huge) x 30", blind corner, then 24" x 30", sink, then 21" x 30", above stove is 30" (+3 inches for the frame) width.

@Ethan GriffelI understand the thought process behind it, but if you give tenants an inch, they'll more than likely take a mile.

Has two sets of beams about 2 inches apart at the top and two more down at the bottom.

I have heard too many sob stories - and many of these people will try to take a mile if you give them an inch.

In my mind these are minor issues.My first investment property purchase was a 100 year old two-story duplex where the foundation and support beams had weakened and the floors were 9 inches off level.

There is no better insulator than 10 inch solid wood logs stacked together.
