We live in a society that loves to place labels.

Your opinion matters as I can't determine if my view is biased until the majority of society voices their view.

I have found local government types are worse than the feds or state because in the give a person a little power category.I think the reason many landlords don't like S8 is because you are catering for a growing section of society that are the complete opposite of landlords.On one side, the landlord is making prudent financial desicions, planning for the future, paying tax, etc.

In today's litigious society you want to do everything possible to help minimize your exposure to litigation and lawsuits.

It's kind of disheartening to see the disrespectful comments about our more downtrodden members of society.

One slipped through once and after her appointment I was thinking she seemed great, then Googled her and found out she embezzled money from the local society for the BLIND where she worked. 

Vinyl is a scourge to society and it will certainly devalue your home.

There was a HUGE thread about this several months ago.....LOTS of back and forth about the practicality, ethics and morals etc etc....Lets PLEASE leave the morality and ethics about immigrants and their role/place in our society out of it....

This might be hard to see for successful investors, but the biggest segment of our society is not doing well financially.
