Take ownership of your mistake and learn to do the proper due diligence recommended above😊 

I'd be happy to share info with my circle to see if I have anyone that might be interested (either an agent to list it for you if that's what you decide, or a buyer).

Then buy your own, or turn that money into a 4-5 bedroom house and live there a year, and do it again.  5 years down the road you have 10-20% ownership perhaps in 2-3-4-5 RV parks and a couple houses. 

I'm particularly interested in insights from fellow investors or realtors who might have valuable information or experiences to share.
