I did not have a mortgage lender to catch this and as an inexperienced investor, this is definitely a lesson moving forward.With a non-essential shutdown in PA currently, I am not able to have my property inspected for U&O until we resume normalcy.

They also gladly take your money and have ridiculous majors and classes available for kids trying to still “find themselves” that are useful to nobody except those they employ as professors.Unless you’re going to a top tier college where the name on the resume and networking actually mean something, you might as well go to the local community college and save the money.I hated all things school so I’m biased.

thanks.i don't want to discourage anyone from utilizing the services of SCORE - you just have to be forwarned that not all counselors are created equal.i like the online score contact - you can read their resumes and decide who you want to contact - very cool.i got free business planning software.i had another counselor basically teach me EXCEL, which is a MUST for any business owner.utilize your contacts wisely.
