I ended up bringing in a few tons of dirt to change the grade and channel water away from the house.If the previous owners put sandbags up, then you may have a grade problem..

The $2700 is a good price - - *IF* it includes trenching the exterior and sealing it.Water leaching on these foundations is common, depending upon the grading of the property - - is this on the up-hill side of the property??
