I am on the board of CFRI, the local chapter for National REIA.

M1 Finance is supposed to be coming out with high yield at at least 4.50% APY next month.  

But based on the age of their post and their total number of posts, my guess is we'll never find out.

A lot of things can go wrong and there is more moving parts.
