Since you will (presumably) have better tendencies (research and commitment to making RE your passive income to financial independence) and resources (good PM, contractors, LLC,  personal experiences from numerous properties) what you see as a full blown business now, will transition into that passive income state allowing you more time and freedom that you are looking for. 

All that being said to differentiate myself from people looking to do numerous wrap transactions as part of their business model.

Since I've made my post I've had numerous people PM me saying they've had similar experiences.You're more than welcome to have your opinion about ABC but my experience is appearing to be quite the norm.If you're ok with them keeping a tenant for 6 months+ that's not paying any rent then by all means, they are a fantastic company for you.

On the other hand I want to make absolutely sure that the turnkey provider I work with is reliable and trustworthy.The benefit of not being tied down to a specific area is of course that the choices are numerous.

St Louis is an extremely affordable market and there are numerous opportunists for investment.

They have numerous complaints online from people they ripped off, just like me.

This has been covered numerous times here on BP.
