They are a necessity in my opinion if you will take on a partner.

The partnership may work well if you (or your brother) cannot make it on your own and have to pool resources out of necessity. 

I have some commercial properties in Miami and as the numbers become to get bigger and as the market starts to move up , i wonder whether theres is a necessity for a property manager .

Becoming a broker is not a necessity, but definitely an advantage to your real estate investing aspirations.

Some sound due diligence with selecting the right person/company for you is a necessity, but don't go it alone right out of the gate because there is a good chance you will contribute to someone's bottom line other than your own if you mess up on the early projects.All the best, BP is a great place to learn!

In my view LLC are a necessity in real estate for asset protection.

I wouldn't say it's a necessity to have something like that in your domain name, but it will definitely make it clear to people exactly what you do, and possibly make it easier to remember than "johnsmithrealestate.com" as an example.

I wasn't sure if active wholesalers had LLC's prior to their deals, but I'd also assume not a necessity. 

I have done a fair amount of aerobatics and had to where the chute... it would have been interesting to have my first jump one of necessity instead of for the thrill...
