I had to polish it up quite a bit, as it had been foreclosed on, and had also been vandalized and copper raided while it was on the market.It wasn't a bad place to live, and if I knew sooner rather than later what kind of profit I could ha ease I would have flipped it instead of living in it for 7 years.

Learn the basics of mitering corners of door and window casing, coping corners of baseboard and crown, and caulking gaps and filling nail holes.
