I am not fearful of HML as I've interacted with them in my real estate law work off and on for my clients.

My name is Brett Stander, a fourth year finance major graduating from Drexel University in Spring of 2021 (five year program).While I understand the value of working a 9-5, W-2 job, I also see fear the dry, repetitive lifestyle that comes with it.

But unfortunately been getting a LOT of cancellations from March through September because of fear of the virus.

Even 1% seems steep for the area so I am in fear I won't be able to keep it up.

put your self out there and do not fear rejection you will deal with that a lot in this business mine as well get used to it.

Fear is an illusion.

It is easy to react quickly & fearfully when you get a letter from a lawyer threatening litigation, especially when it comes to land rights.

The letter was sent to calm those fears and give them the necessary information (who we are; how to pay rent; who to contact us for emergency and non-emergency issues; etc).We just wanted to make sure that if something ever “got ugly” that the tenant couldn’t say that the contract was not between us and them.I will look at the existing contract for verbiage on turning it over to us.

People are going batty here in regards to "outsiders", I am literally fearing for the safety of people with out of state plates.
