I think your strategy by just trying to ask respectably is the best way to go here and then you can elevate things if necessary if they're continuing to disregard the non-smoking clause.

My other units continue to do very well with steady rate increases over the last few years. 

More privileges for the small landlord will continue to be stripped away, while the large corporations benefit from the existing capital. 

You listen to the host ramble on, generically answering questions, continue to tell everyone it is a numbers hame and to keep pounding the pavement OR they'll start talking about their successes.

I can only imagine it has to be a dollar representation of the crypto, but that value is continually changing.
