Syndication can be a great way to tackle larger deals and ultimately build a big business.

If this is your first deal and you're still paying someone else's mortgage, then I advise you to house hack before tackling a BRRRR deal.

I would strongly consider focusing on tackling the student loan debt first with that interest rate.

You need to wake up, and tackle your obstacles.

So I would try to tackle one room at a time to hedge the risk of long down times and bad reviews.

It is generally a fluff paper that doesn't tackle anything hard or controversial with no real investigative reporters, but it's worth a try. 

This would be unfortunate as this is our first time doing this and scary to tackle on our own in a tenant friendly state
