I'm talking head down, nose to the grind stone, geek out sessions where we develop in depth and thorough spreadsheet checklists and systems for data organization.

With that though comes other issues like more cleaning resulting from wear and tear from larger groups and also more potential for problems with noise, parking , neighbors complaining etc.

It actually takes LESS time to set up a simple system to have motivated sellers call YOU than it does to grind the phones "networking style" looking for deals.

Be sure your new tenants know there will be construction on the remaining (noise, trucks, strangers around).

Street parking was getting pretty tight as most houses don't have dedicated parking spots - lots of double parking on those narrow streets, so anything with alley access for off street parking or a garage would be appealing.Another thing to note, the train is quite active right by there but isn't terribly obnoxious noise & vibration wise.

This is especially useful if both spouses work from home and they don't want overlapping background noise, or if you have kids, excess noise, etc.

Forget the noise here.

Military is like a system as well, so I believe I’ll be able to catch up fast and get the grind going!
