The home inspection and the pest inspection (also referred to as a Wood Destroying Organism inspection) are usually two separate inspections, though you can find companies that do both. 

There is no reason you cannot get the inspections you need within a 10 day window... if you are organized and you have inspectors that are willing to work with you.
