End goal is to get into commercial real estate and apartment complexes

Renting out the entire apartment but I'm wondering are they doing this without letting the complex know.

If I have 50k available to invest, would that be enough to join a syndicate to purchase an apartment complex? 

My wife is on the board of one of the HOAs, but both HOAs are using the same property management company to handle the accounting and day to day property management issues.The question for this post is, can some recommend a property management company that will handle a small number of units - either 14 or 7, and work with an HOA and is in Oakland.Here's the background -- the current property management company apparently only manages much larger complexes -- 100 units and up -- and so is not doing a good job with this small fish of a property.

@Charanjit SinghRegardless of whether the broker wishes to work on evenings or weekends, many owners of apartment complexes do not want a parade of folk (tyre kickers) coming through the building. 

Have you tried marketing the condo to other residents of the same building/complex esp those who live in 1 bedroom units?

It really matters they are time-consuming and complex.

If person A owns and property and person B owns a separate property can they both elect to do a 1031 exchange and pool the funds together to buy an apartment complex as partners?
