We grow flowers and vegetables, season Feb - June. 

I live in LA now but I'm from Atlanta :)Househacking in LA- if you're going to refi it into cash-flowing properties, why do it at all and not just start with the cash-flowers?

Hi @Tijana Flowers-Harris,I think it comes down to how much cash you have for a downpayment.

If you visit the property, consider sending a thank you note and maybe flowers to the owners, thanking them for holding their home open for you to see!

@Alex Cornwell yea i guess letting them know on their birthday card would be awkward haha i guess it would definitely be easier being more stern with strangers

first thing i would do is focus on curb appeal. pulling weeds manicuring the lawn and adding flower beds with mulch and plants is a good way to start. you do want to spend some time in the kitchen and bathroom's there main selling points of a house. a good way to add value would be to expand the living area in the basement and attic areas if possible adding a bedroom or bathroom would certainly add good value. hardwood/laminate flooring is highly desirable. obviously you want to paint the house.
