i.e. it eliminates newspapers, but there is more news, and it is more accessible, than ever.   

This was 20 years ago (1997) and I found the deal in the newspaper.

New York has a ridiculous LLC publication requirement that is a giveaway to the newspaper industry.

I do see my county list in the Legal section of every Fridays edition of my city newspaper, but I need more sources online. 

I mean, if your tenant advertised in the local paper to sublet the rental property without your agreement, would that be the newspaper's fault or the tenant's?  

@Najeriq Mentor Thanks, I'll check the local newspaper for the names of inheritants. my county told me that once I have this list, I'll be able to find all the info online.

but another great tool that many people overlook is your local newspaper...this tells you more information that you think...you can find out the area by zip code..what the price is going for or the rent that you can collect in that area.or how many people are listing etc...much much more...i hope you find what is right for yougood lucksunsmicro
