Now, that being said, I love real estate investing and it will make you a lot of money and wealth if (as cautioned before) you take control of the investment. 

I love RE and let me tell you, do your homework, but it is addictive when you jump in feet first!

I just love real estate, investing (small projects for now) and entreprenuership.

The reason why I love real estate is that their is no good answer!

The trick is to only gamble when you're the house ... and not the poor sucker on the slot machine. 

I invest in my 401K, but I love real estate because it's something I can control.   

As a dog lover myself, I understand that many people would not move into an apartment if they couldn't bring Spot with them. 

Clayton there is a Paul Simon song   50 ways to lose your lover.. well in rehabbing houses there is 50 ways to lose your money.Even though you may get some savings on materials with a builder account like we do.. the real savings is in labor and doing the job right the first time and time efficiency.. if your rehabbing lets say 20 to 30 homes simultaneously  IE pretty standard production line for a above average turn key outfit.. the homes are in various stages of course..

Sure you make some scratch in the deal, but isn't that why we all love real estate?

To me a Tesla is totally worth it and I may sound biased as I am an ev car lover.
