I'll note that I am paying mine down, but that is because I didn't have  more room to borrow for another rental and prices here have sky rocketed.

We have a lot of hot areas that are very desirable amongst millenials so rents are sky rocketing.

Watch for property taxes to sky rocket further.

In regards to lists that I think are powerful today, I’m really having luck calling landlords in markets where insurance costs have sky rocketed due to extreme weather.

With the price of solar continuing to decline, and with energy storage capacity rocketing upwards thanks to wise changes to the NEM rule, it is certainly possible that long term contracts for solar will end up being the most expensive way to procure clean kilowatt hours.

There may be an opportunity to renegotiate once under contract.Negotiating off of an inspection is not rocket science and I feel like most closing cost credits are standard negotiation items (I mean our markets standard purchase agreement has a box for it and everyone expects to see 3% on initial offer).
